Return Policy

1. Eligibility:

  • Custom Items: Returns accepted only for defects or personalization errors.

  • Premade Items: Returns accepted within 30 days if unused and in original condition.

2. Process:

  • Receive return instructions.

3. Refunds/Exchange

  • Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Exchanges: Shipped within 7-10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or there was an error.
